This page defines how we manage the personal data collected from users who visit our website.
This notice is compliant with art. 13 of leg. decree no. 196/2003 and following amendments – Law on personal data privacy for the users of Oasis S.r.l.’s website, available on http://www.oasisgroup.it .
This notice only refers to Oasis S.r.l.’s website and does not include any other website that users may visit by clicking on a link. The notice also refers to EU Recommendation no. 2/2001 Directive 95/46/EC on data protection, included in the Group created by art. 29, Directive no. 95/46/EC and following amendments, adopted on 17 May 2001, which defines the minimum requirements for collecting personal data online and in particular, the methods, time frames and nature of information that the data controller shall provide to users when they visit a website, regardless the purposes of the visit. Upon visiting this website, the information relating to identified or identifiable users may be processed. The Data Controller in charge is Oasis S.r.l., reg. office in Via Favola 19, S. Giovanni di Polcenigo, Pordenone – Italy.

All data obtained from the website are processed at the above-mentioned premises of Oasis S.r.l. and handled only by technical staff of the office, in charge of processing procedures or by people responsible for occasional maintenance operations. No data arising from the website services are disclosed or made public. Personal data provided by users who forward a request for information material (forms, CD-ROMs, newsletters, annual reports, answers to queries, documents and measures, etc.) are used for the sole purpose of carrying out the requested service or performance and are disclosed to third parties only if deemed necessary to do so.

Navigation data. During their operation, the IT systems and software of this website shall acquire personal data, whose diffusion is embedded in the use of IPs. Such data are not collected to be associated to the relevant interested party but, due to their nature and via processes and associations with other information owned by third parties, they may lead to user identification. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used to visit the website, URI addresses of the requested resources, times of request, methods used to submit the request to the server, size of the feedback file, numerical codes showing the server’s feedback (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user’s OS and the IT environment. Such data are only used to run anonymous statistics on the levels of use of the website and verify its correct operation. They are deleted immediately after processing. Data may be used to verify liability in case of alleged cases of IT crimes against the website: exception made for such cases, at present all web contact data disappear after 7 days. Data provided voluntarily by users. Optional, explicit and voluntary submission of e-mails to the addresses on this website implies the acquisition of the sender’s e-mail, required to reply to queries, and any other personal data included in the message. Specific summaries for specific services shall be included in this website’s sections over time and upon request.

No personal data relating to users are acquired on purpose. Cookies are not used to transfer personal information and no permanent cookies are used as a user tracking system. The use of session cookies (not permanently saved on the user’s computer and deleted upon closing the browser) is strictly limited to the transfer of session IDs (i.e.: random numbers generated by the server) required to allow a safe and efficient website navigation. Session cookies used on this website help avoiding the use of other IT tools that represent a potential risk to a secure navigation and do not allow the acquisition of ID personal data from the user.

Apart from the above-mentioned navigation data, users are allowed to provide their personal data shown in the request form of Oasis S.r.l. or otherwise notified when contacting the office to request information material or other communications. A failure to provide such information may lead to problems in obtaining the requested services. Note: in some cases (that fall outside the standard management procedures for this website) the Authorities in charge may request information and data as per art. 157 of Leg. Decree no. 196/2003 and following amendments for the purpose of controlling personal data processing. In such cases, feedback is required under penalty of administrative fine.

All personal data are processed with automatic tools for the period of time required to fulfil the purposes for which they are collected. Specific safety measures are in place to prevent data loss, illegal or incorrect use or unauthorised access.

The users to which such data refer to have the right, at any time, to request a confirmation of the existence of such data and to be notified of their content and origin, to request a check of their reliability or to ask for integration / update or amendment (as per art. 7 of Leg. Decree no. 196/2003 and following amendments). In compliance with the above-mentioned article, users have the right to request the cancellation, anonymous transformation or blocking of personal data processed in case of a breach to the applicable law and are entitled to deny the authorisation to process them for rightful reasons.
