Oasis confirms its attitude for the hospitality sector, opening the “Gasthaus Zur Fernsicht” in Haiden am Bodensee (Switzerland). This Boutique Hotel and its starred restaurant are located inside an old guest house dating back to the 1823 and overlooking the Lake Constance.
The Swiss designer Bruno Stebler and his team of Be At Home, signers of the project, chose Oasis’ craftsmanship and Made in Italy for the entire building. The algid charm of the typical architecture, perfectly preserved by the restoration of the structure, magnificently fits with the softness and warmth of interiors.
The GastHaus welcomes its guests with a bright hall, a lounge bar, a starred restaurant with 70 seats and a smoking lounge that reminds liberty atmospheres of the beginning of twentieth century. In the upper floors are located bedrooms and four suites, all with bathrooms enclosed.
Oasis manufactured a wide range of customized products with a broad selection of fabrics and leathers, wisely chosen to create the relaxed and refine environment that the Gasthaus was looking for.
For the dining room have been selected Isabey chairs to surround customized tables. Kathleen consoles, in their deluxe version with personalized fabrics, have been included to complete the environment and provide a useful support to the restaurant’s staff. Lounge bar area valued by a fine and stylish selection of Coffee tables TAM TAM DELUXE with top in gold leaf finish.
Customized sofas and comfortable armchairs furnish the smoking lounge; Rebecca and Valentina armchairs upholstered by precious leather colour tabacco, enriched by a contrasting piping, and Ava turning armchairs upholstered by a soft ruby velvet. Corners of the living room are decorated with Jules & Jim storage small tables finished in glossy lacquered colour lino.
Relaxing atmospheres, plain and natural nuances characterize upper floors’ bedrooms; all endowed with large beds and upholstered headboards. The verve accent is given by the colour selected for each bedroom and suggested by lampshades, accessories and complements. Bedrooms’ relaxing lounges are provided with Ava or Colette armchairs and again Isabey chairs combined with Proust writing desks, in the deluxe version, with frontal and inside drawer upholstered with fabrics perfectly chosen.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom, furnished with products of Oasis bathroom collection. Vanity units are lacquered with exclusive matt colours and enriched with marble tops.
Products included in the catalogue of Oasis Company are designed by its creative art director, Architect Massimiliano Raggi; Customized products are designed by the Technical dept. of Oasis’ Contract Division, particularly clever and passionate about interpreting tastes and wishes and capable of creating for each customer bespoke products and ambience.
The interior design of Gasthaus Zur Fernsicht is the excellent translation of the comfortable atmosphere of Mountains‘chalets, the classic and middle European taste of a selected clientele and the passion of owners. The result is a gentle and timeless elegance.
Once again, Oasis is synonymous of a simple Luxury concept, inspired by ‘900 decorations’ masters and realized by the artisan tradition characterized by the most refined attention to details.
